Toyota's next-generation IVI ships in the RAV4 and across the lineup, built on Flutter. Behind it is a design system that has to render reliably in millions of cars and stay brand-consistent across vehicles, under the real constraints of automotive software. We built it. This talk distills five years of connecting Figma to Flutter and automating design-to-code at enterprise scale. We'll walk through what actually shipped at Toyota, where the seams are, and the techniques that hold up when the stakes are this high, and what's important for the future.
