At GEICO, we've been working towards transitioning our Frontend experience to be as platform agnostic as possible for ~2 years. A lot of things have changed since we began and we'd like to showcase some of the architectural strategies/tooling/ai workflows we've adopted to help us accelerate the transition moving forward. 1. Discuss some challenges that come from adopting Flutter at GEICO a. Different organizational structures between mobile/web b. Need to ship in increments and often (interleaving old and new) c. Need for production ready capabilities as fast as possible d. Security tools don't support Flutter (web) well e. Observability differences betweeen platforms (OpenTel, etc) 2. Discuss our Migration strategy/architecture 3. How Flutter is doing in production (web/ios/android) 4. Discuss AI integration with workflows and managing organizational context
